Ans: Mutual Fund provide one of the better options for an ordinary investors to earn a resonable rate of return .The RBI also reduced the SLR and CRR to their minimal extent. As a result of this , the bank rate and market rate of interest drastically fell down . Stock market has witnessed phenomenal growth during the last few years .In addition to this SEBI has given many rights to the Mutual Fund investors .In view of these developments , Mutual Funds are considered as the better options of investing.
