31. What are the expenses mentioned in an Offer Document?
Ans: As per the provision of the SEBI regulation , the Offer Documents must contain information on the expenses incurred by a scheme. Expenses are of two types . They are : Initial issue expenses and Recurring expenses. As per the SEBI Regulations , the AMC may charge an additional management fee of up to 1% per annum of the weekly average net assets outstanding in any financial year in respect of a scheme where there is no entry load or exit load or even spread load or their combination. The recurring expenses of the scheme including the additional management fee shall be as per the limits prescribe under the regulations. Futher , the additional management fee may be charged only till the initial issue expenses under the scheme are recovered or as many be prescribed by the regulations.
