Ans: The main challenge facing the Mutual Fund Industry is attracting more number of retail investors and ensuring its continous growth . The other challenges of this industry are net mobilization of Funds, securing the trust of the investors and  educating the investors about different Funds . The industry has to be innovative and competitive and the member of this Industry have to strive for its development and growth and its continuous increase in numbers.
